How can we offer such a quality product at such a fair price? ​​

All of our Custom Casitas are designed under the same footprint. This means the same roof structure, foundation, deck, siding, window sizes etc... The main structure is built in 3 sections, allowing us to manufacture some of the structure off-site and weld it together on-site. This saves our customers time and money compared to traditional construction practices, using the same quality materials. ​

The exterior and interior walls are both fully insulated with top-rated polyurethane foam to keep the cool air inside.  This is important because we are building in such a hot climate.  Keeping the cool air inside means savings on electric bills. Each floor plan comes standard with Air Conditioners in each room and living room. The window placements were designed for cross ventilation, keeping natural breeze lovers in mind.

Each Custom Casita is 26 feet wide by 43 feet Long, giving each footprint a total of 1,118 square feet. (104m2) We currently offer 6 floor plans to choose from, ranging from a Studio to a three-bedroom floor plan. Some customers purchase two units, giving them a total of 2,236 square feet. ​​​
